Recently, the Zhongshan Education and Teaching Research Office held the "I Seed" Cup Primary School English Skills Competition. Ean Lam, James Huang and Jacob Yeung from the primary school of China (Hong Kong) English School won the first prize of the competition.

This competition aims to ignite the enthusiasm of primary school students to learn English, expand their international vision and promote the Olympic spirit. In the preliminary stage, 2,280 contestants from the city participated in the fierce competition of listening, oral and written expression through the "I Seed Learning" online platform. Ean Lam, James Huang and Jacob Yeung from China (Hong Kong) English School stood out with their outstanding performance and advanced to the finals.

The final was held offline in a speech and defense mode. The contestants described their Olympic dreams and pursuits in fluent English around the theme of "My Olympic Dream". Ean Lam, James Huang and Jacob Yeung won high praise from the judges with their clear expression and outstanding expressiveness. In the defense session, they demonstrated an even greater level of comfort showing their profound English proficiency and agile thinking. In the end, all three contestants won the first prize of the competition.

Talking about the feelings of participating in the competition, Ean Lam said: "I am both nervous and excited to participate in this competition. The moment I stood on the stage, I felt that my courage and confidence were slowly growing." Hui Xie, the principal from the primary school, said: "The school has made full preparations to host this event.
