Recently, pipeline gas is available in Mr. Fang’s house in Longguang Haiyue Chengbang community of Tanzhou town. He said, “I have been using liquefied petroleum gas over the past 8 years. Finally, pipeline gas is available now”. 

Since August 5th, Zhongshan Public Gas Company began to put pipeline gas in place in Longguang Haiyue Chengbang community, marking the implementation of promoting the use of pipeline gas in old residential districts in Zhongshan’s towns. 

According to Zhongshan Public Gas Company, 200 thousand Zhongshan citizens still have no access to pipeline gas. They mainly live in old residential districts, and about 90 thousand can use pipeline gas after the renovation project. For these old residential districts, Zhongshan Public Gas Company has formulated a 5-year development plan, which is aimed to let 50 thousand citizens use pipeline gas in 3 years and 90 thousand citizens in 5 years.
