Drafted by Zhongshan Bureau of Legislative Affairs, Zhongshan Administrative Conciliation Law ( a draft for discussion ) is seeking public opinion. Zhongshan citizens can report their opinion on it through telephone, fax and email before August 18. 

The draft points out that administrative organs can mediate civil disputes, such as traffic compensation, security case, the rights of the land, consumer’s rights protection, environmental pollution compensation, medical incident compensation, labor guarantee, between citizens, law person and other organizations. 

In addition, administrative compensation and administrative disputes resulting from the free exercise of law and regulation between administrative organs, citizens, legal persons and other organizations are also subject to mediation.
