The signing ceremony of “direct bank-government service for commercial registration” was held at Zhongshan Municipal Committee Party School on September 4. In future, the business license co-branded card will be a combination of business entity certificate and bank account, so that with one card enterprise can enable both government and banking services.

In the ceremony, Zhongshan Administration for Industry and Commerce signed agreement for commission of commercial registration with 10 banks including Industrial & Commercial Bank of China, Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of China and China Construction Bank (CCB). 

The direct bank-government service system is an electronic industry and commerce registration system developed by Guangdong Administration for Industry and Commerce for banking institutions. It can achieve fast and convenient registration for companies by using online bank key to verify investor's identity and write electric business license to the co-branded card while dealing with industrial and commercial registration. The system was first put into practice in CCB Zhongshan branch, and the first co-branded card was issued on July 24. 

Up to now, CCB Zhongshan branch has expanded the service to 24 towns and districts in the city and served 200 companies.
