According to Zhongshan sanitation department, trash room reconstruction in central city is basically finished so far. Up to 723 trash rooms have been renovated and upgraded. The other 17, which couldn’t be removed or rebuilt, have been re-decorated the exterior and added uniform trash bins to live up to the standard of trash cleaning and shipping.  

However, some residents still throw garbage outside the trash rooms after the renovation. In that case, Zhongshan sanitation department requires the implementation of "one room, one cleaner", so that cleaners in charge of the rooms can guide residents to obey the rules of garbage disposal, and clean, sterilize, and maintain the rooms.
