In the 3rd quarter, third-party evaluation agency was entrusted to evaluate the service quality of 334 “12345 hotline” in 31 provinces (cities). The result released recently showed that Zhongshan 12345 Hotline ranked 3rd in terms of service level.
In recent years, Zhongshan has been improving the comprehensive service provided by the “12345” complaints platform. In the first half of this year, the platform accepted a total of 517,600 cases, 99.56% of which were responded. The public satisfaction rate reached 96.97%.
