In recent years, Zhongshan sees growing number of top talents in various sectors. At present there have been 718 doctorated talents, 10,113 master talents and 9,467 with advanced technical job title introduced into Zhongshan and 905 top talents recognized. At the same time, Zhongshan has developed “Zhongshan Tsing Capital Overseas Office”, “Zhongshan Boston Talent Workstation” and “ZOS-Park Minnesota Talent Workstation” in the US for talents introduction.

Many local business leaders believe the efforts municipal government put in talents work benefit the growing of talent environment in Zhongshan. In particular Zhongshan hosts talent fairs in recent years and talent development summit since 2016, which provide guidance to the city’s talent introduction work and directly benefit local enterprises.
