Tourism services are closely related to public consumption. It is also the major consumer service that Zhongshan city pays attention to. During the past National Day holiday, Zhongshan’s tourism revenue increased 12.33% to 770 million yuan from last year. 

Reporters learned from Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau that Zhongshan will focus on development of eight consumer service fields including resident and family services, health services, tourism services, cultural services, sports services, wholesale and retail services, accommodation and catering services and educational services. By 2020, the total added value of consumer service is expected to reach 60 billion yuan.
