According to Zhongshan Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau, the EPC general contract of Jinzhong Lake Park upgrade project opens tender. The design and construction will cost about 20 months’ time.

Jinzhong Lake Park is located in Xin'an Village in East District, with a total area of 622173 square meters. The upgrade project is to build the pedestrian trails under the dam and the 12 km green road around the lake in addition to the existing roads. It hopes to bring the fitness and wetland leisure experience to the citizens.
