The first passenger transport big data report comes out after the “Zhongshan Road Passenger Transportation Real-name Data Collection and Analysis System” has been in trail operation for two months, according to Zhongshan Transportation Bureau. The system will be checked and accepted this month and is expected to serve the public from January next year by releasing travel service information on a regular basis.

The latest big data report shows that Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Dongguan are the top three cities receiving most passengers and buses from Zhongshan in October. Among them, the passenger flow from Zhongshan to Guangzhou is up to 84742 person-time, with a total of 16972 buses .

In terms of inter-provincial transport, Guangxi has the largest number of passenger flow, with 10,528 person-time of passengers and 3,883 buses.

Official from Zhongshan Transportation Bureau says that at present up to 36 passenger stations and distribution stations submit October’s real-name data to the bureau.
