On the morning of November 13, Zhongshan Municipal Committee of CPPCC’s “People's Livelihood Observation Room” was founded in in ZSNews company. It is established for building a platform for the communication between CPPCC members and netizens. It is also a new window for CPPCC members to contact with citizens, to collect opinions, to observe people's livelihood and to resolve livelihood issues.

Since performed duty, the current Municipal Committee of CPPCC proposed the establishment of “People's Livelihood Observation Room” and take it as an important work for communication between CPPCC members and netizens. Huang Lei, a CPPCC member who attended the unveiling ceremony, said that through “People's Livelihood Observation Room” CPPCC members are able to receive public opinions and give replies in time. It can also improve working efficiency of Municipal Committee of CPPCC. 

The first episode of the customized online program of the same name was broadcast on the same day through ZSNews.cn to talk about the sharing-bicycle management. An invited CPPCC member proposed that according to the "whom are benefited should manage" legal thinking, sharing-bicycle companies should take the primary responsibility of the management.
