The “Interim Management Methods for Talent Placement Housing Matched on State-owned Construction Land” was introduced on November 13. It specifies operation requirements on transfer, planning, construction and receiving of talent placement housing. The policy will be valid for three years. 

According to the “interim methods”, each talent placement house will cover 90 to 144 square meters and will be transferred free of charge.
