The 2018 Guangdong Department of Education (GDDOE) Job Fair for College Students Zhongshan Session was held in UESTC, Zhongshan Institute on November 22. More than 200 employing units, from Zhongshan, Guangzhou, Foshan and etc, provided nearly 10 thousand job posts to candidates. The starting monthly salary offered by employers was 4 thousand yuan.  

Reportedly, a record high 4,632 students will graduate from Zhongshan Institute this school year. 

The job fair was also geared to the needs of graduates from Zhongshan Polytechnic, Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic, Guangdong Pharmaceutical University Zhongshan Campus and Guandgong Polytechnic Institute, as well as the graduating students studying outside of Zhongshan.

Half of the employing units participating were renowned or listed companies in machinery, electronics, food, logistics, biology, finance and foreign trade fields.
