The "Environmental Protection Tax Law" will be put into implementation from January 1, 2018. It means that the 40-year-old pollutant emission charge system in our country is about to step down from the stage of history.

To ensure the orderly introduction of environmental tax and “charge-to-tax reform”, Zhongshan local taxation department has launched surveys to identify specific tax payers. Preliminarily, there are 1,831 pollution emission firms identified in Zhongshan.
