On November 24, three parties including Guangdong China-Southern Africa Cross-Border Trade Service Center, Zhongshan Game and Amusement Association and Guangdong Smart Manufacturing Cross-Border Company signed an agreement in South Africa. They will jointly build an experiencing trading platform for game and amusement industry of Zhongshan in Bruma’s Oriental City in South Africa, according to Zhongshan Bureau of Commerce.
This would be the first exhibition and trading platform for Zhongshan’s game and amusement products in Africa. In the first stage, the platform will cover 10 thousand square meters, where up to 100 enterprises can display their 1,000 products. The trading platform is expected to open in March, 2018.
Wu Shaokang, Director of Guangdong China-Southern Africa Cross-Border Trade Service Center, said that the trading platform will reach South African audiences through experiential trading center, exhibition activities and face-to-face e-commerce activities. It will also use the quality channel in South Africa to bring Zhongshan’s game and amusement products to South Africa and African region.
Zhang Chengbo, General Manager of Guangdong Smart Manufacturing Cross-Border Company, said that the platform will also set up a service center in Zhongshan for the cross border trade of game and amusement industry, which will also help Zhongshan’s companies open market in South Africa.
