Zhongshan Port Car Transport Co Ltd recently signed a cooperation agreement with Didi, an online car-hailing service platform. The company will purchase qualified vehicles for car-hailing business and recruit quality drivers to work on the platform.

Reportedly, it is the first taxi company in Zhongshan to cooperate with online car-hailing platform.

According to Yan Shengmin, Deputy General Manager of Zhongshan Port Car Transport Co Ltd, it is an attempt of operational transformation for traditional taxi company with to recruit drivers for online car-hailing service “rent for purchase” mode .
