“There is baby-care room in the bus station now. That is very humanized and convenient.” Said Ms Zhang when she saw the newly built baby-care room in the Kuchong BRT station on December 5. The baby-care room includes seats, diaper changing table, sink, air conditioners and other facilities.

It is reportedly the first baby-care room built in bus station in Zhongshan. But it has not opened to the public on account of some facilities have not been installed.

The staff from Zhongshan Public Transportation Group states that this year three baby-care rooms will be built respectively in Tanzhou Passenger Station, City South Bus Station and Kuchong BRT Station. At present, all the main facilities have been completed . 

This year Zhongshan plans to build 30 baby-care rooms, most of which have been completed. The three baby-care rooms in Zimaling Park and the two in Yixian Lake Park will open to the public on January 1, 2018.
