The Guangdong Work Conference of “Humanistic Communities of Overseas Chinese” Promotion was held days before in South District.

According to Yu Zhiyong, President of Zhongshan Federation of Returned Overseas Chinese, Zhongshan launched the establishment work of “humanistic communities of overseas Chinese” in 2013 and had founded 22 “Guangdong Humanistic Communities of Overseas Chinese” in 12 towns since then. These communities had made contribution to community development and social stability.

On that day, the representatives presented at the meeting visited Caobian Village, one of the humanistic communities of overseas Chinese, in South District.
