In the first 11 months of 2017, Zhongshan completed municipal key project investment of 47.83 billion yuan, which was 102.2% of the annual task, according to Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau. In 2017, Zhongshan has 167 municipal key projects under construction and 94 preliminary preparatory projects, with total planned investment of 46.82 billion yuan.

In addition, Zhongshan has 74 provincial key projects, 34 of which were under construction. The annual planned investment was 9.04 billion yuan. In the first 11 months of 2017, Zhongshan has completed 11.02 billion yuan investment, 121.9% of the planned amount.

18 towns (districts) progressed fast. In specific, Tanzhou, East District, Shiqi District, Gangkou, Shaxi, Nantou, Torch Zone and South District had fulfilled the annual investment tasks in advance.
