From March 28 last year, deputy-senior professional technicians (approved by municipal human resources and social security department) and full-time postgraduate (approved by Ministry of Education) introduced and cultivated by local enterprises can be directly identified as the 7th level personnel in shortage, according to Zhongshan Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. 

Identified 7th level personnel in shortage can receive 800 yuan monthly subsidy from government in three years, which totals 28,800 yuan.
