The China National Smart Towns Alliance was established in Zhongshan on January 19.

The first 36 members of the alliance, which involve various fields such as internet of things, intelligent manufacturing and urban planning, include Zhongshan-based Guangdong Express Technology Co Ltd and Software Branch Center of CAS Cloud Computing Center, Tianxingjian Web of General Administration of Sports of China, Branch Center of National Supercomputing Center, and etc.

The National Smart Towns Alliance will boost development of characteristic towns in Zhongshan with internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies.
