Henglan town sees remarkable achievement in social governance, as it was the first in Zhongshan to launch the “e-code house number” system last year and realized the real-time dynamic management of rental housing and mobile workers.

By scanning the QR-code of the “e-code house number”, people can understand information such as the address, acreage, number of rooms, number of empty rooms, landlord’s profile, police station info, and etc related to the rental houses.

Administrators can also clearly see how many people live in each room, as well as the identities of all occupants through a special APP.

The “e-code house number” system is now promoted to other towns in Zhongshan.
