Chinese sprinter Su Bingtian again set a new Asian record, reaching 6.43 seconds, for the Men’s 60m of IAAF (International Association of Athletics Federations) World Indoor Tour in Dusseldorf on Tuesday.

The 28-year-old has been in sublime form this season. He claimed the first champion title in 6.55 seconds at the ISTAF Indoor in Berlin, and later won the gold at the first stop of IAAF World Indoor Tour in Karlsruhe with 6.47 seconds, which sliced off the previous Asian record he held by 0.03 seconds.

The 6.43-second record made him become the joint fifth fastest ever over the Men’s 60m. The IAAF’s official website described Su “by far the most powerful performance on the Dusseldorf track came in the Men's 60m”.
