In 2017, Zhongshan saw rapid development of photovoltaic (PV) industry by sticking to relevant policies. There were total 931 distributed PV power generation projects put on records last year, 2.4 times of the 2016’s. The record-filed installed capacity reached 49.3 megawatt, 2.1 times of the 2016’s.

Last year, Zhongshan started 928 PV power generation projects, completed 13.08 megawatt installed capacity and 128 million yuan investment, and generated 23.09 kilowatt-hour electric energy through PV projects.
