The Economic and Information Commission of Guangdong Province recently released the list of 175 “Guangdong 2017 High Growth SMEs”. Zhongshan has 16 enterprises included on the list, the 5th most in Guangdong following Shenzhen, Shantou, Guangzhou and Dongguan, accounting for 9% of the total amount.

Most of the 16 selected enterprises are engaged in advanced manufacturing, strategic emerging industries and other industries supported by the state government. Total 10 selected enterprises are from Torch Zone, Nanlang Town and Xiaolan Town.
