“The Standard Plan for Adjustment of the Tax on Urban Land Use in Zhongshan” has been official released recently, according to Zhongshan Local Taxation Bureau. The tax on urban land use will be cut significantly, which will benefit more than 98% of local industrial enterprises. It is expected to relieve tax burden on taxpayers by 269 million yuan per year.

Reportedly, the plan comes into effect on January 1 and valid for five years.
