The implementation of the new disposal rule for traffic violation captured by road camera has been postponed to September 1 from March 1, according to Zhongshan Traffic Police.

The disposal of traffic violation will remain unchanged before September 1. But after that day, people who want to deal with traffic violation through self-service machine are required to complete the vehicle-driver bind first.

To avoid “stealing driving licence for penalty points” and crack down “illegal selling driving licence points” behaviors, the state Ministry of Public Security upgrades the traffic management system recently and introduced the new online traffic violation disposal platform. Drivers can deal with traffic violation through smart phone APP after bounding personal information with their vehicles.
