“The Work Program on the Adjustment of Distribution of Security Housing Rental Subsidies for Registered Families with Housing Problems in Central City” has been announced recently,  according to Zhongshan Housing and Urban-rural Development Bureau. From this year, the rental subsidy is increased to 18 yuan per square meter, the per capita security housing area is increased to 18 square meters, and the per family security housing area is adjusted to 60 square meters at most.

Each family can reportedly receive a maximum subsidy of 1,404 yuan per month, according to the new policy.
