In the first two months of this year, Zhongshan has invested 6bn yuan on municipal key projects, 11% of the annual planning.

According to the plan, this year Zhongshan will invest 54.89 billion yuan on the construction of 171 key projects, the total planned investment of which will reach 400.95bn yuan. 

So far, 17 new projects including West Ring Highway (the test section), Tanzhou Expressway (the test section), the infrastructure project of Banfu Intelligent Manufacturing Industry Area and etc have started construction.
