In the first quarter of the year, 9.69 billion yuan has been invested in the municipal key projects in Zhongshan, accounting for 17.7% of the annual plan. 3.97 billion yuan has been invested in the provincial key projects, accounting for 23.5% of the annual plan. The proportion is 0.7 percentage points higher than the provincial average (22.8%) and ranks 7th in Guangdong, according to Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau.  

Considering the project nature, 1.72 billion yuan has been invested in new projects in the first quarter, accounting for 10.6% of the annual plan. 1.09 billion yuan has been invested in planned production projects, completing 24.1% of the annual plan. 6.89 billion yuan has been invested in continued projects, about 20.2% of the annual plan.

In 2018, Zhongshan proposes a total of 171 municipal key projects and 44 provincial key projects.
