The “Healthy Furniture Research Institute” cooperated by Zhongshan-based Boji Furniture company and SCAU (South China Agricultural University) was founded in Shaxi town, Zhongshan on April 29.

According to Jiang Enchen, Director of Materials and Energy Department of SCAU, the university has strong teaching and research team integrating product design, manufacturing and detection and possesses research and development capabilities through the whole furniture industrial chain. Healthy Furniture Research Institute will provide a fast channel for the industrialization of scientific research results and will strive to become a comprehensive furniture R&D institution with certain influence in Guangdong and even the whole country in the coming years.
