Zhongshan Education and Sports Bureau announced this year’s enrollment plan for municipal junior high schools on May 8.

According to the plan, the four municipal junior high schools - Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School, Zhongshan NO.1 Middle School, Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Secondary School and Zhongshan Experimental Middle School - will respectively recruit 400, 800, 800 and 150 students this year. Eligible policy-benefited students will have priority of direct enrollment. The remaining vacancies will be used in computer aided allocation.

The computer aided allocation for the enrollment, which will be held on July 4, is divided into two groups: central group covering Shiqi District, East District, West District and South District, and township group covering other 21 towns and districts. The enrollment letters will be sent to allocated students on July 6-8.
