The Intermediate People's Court of Zhongshan signed a Memorandum of Cooperation on Information Sharing with Zhonsgahn Local Taxation Bureau on May 15. In the future, the court will provide quick references for assessing the value of auction subjects with the stock price management system of the taxation bureau, in which case the appraisal period of house property judicial auction is expected to be shortened.

Statistics show that from January to April of this year, a total of 6,291 cases enforced by two levels of courts involve evaluation and disposal of immovable property.
