A new terminal building built under the Cuijing Bridge in West District is expected to open next month. However, the current departure lounge located near by The Summit Hotel in East District will not be moved at that time.

The decoration of the new terminal building, which lies in a newly-built community, is coming to the end. The new terminal building is brighter and more spacious comparing with the current departure lounge in East District.

The new terminal building is linked with 5 major airports in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macao and Zhuhai with information sharing system and airport direct coaches. In the terminal building, passengers can not only receive real-time and comprehensive flight information, but also “one-stop” airport services including ticket purchase and change, check-in, reception, bus service, and etc. Once the supporting facilities are completed, baggage check-in service will be also available in the new terminal building.
