The city plans to designate seven traditional festivals (Spring Festival, Lantern Festival, Qingming Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day, Double Ninth Festival and Winter Solstice Festival) and the days with 4 level or above Forest Fire-Danger Weather Ratings as “high-risk forest-fire period”, during which natural preservation areas and forest parks within the city are designated as “high-risk forest-fire areas”.

In addition, the forest lands and the areas within 30 meters are designated as “forest fire zone”, and each year from October 1 to April 30 of the following year is designated as “forest special protection period”.
