Zhongshan Housing Provident Fund Management Center is now seeking for public opinions on “The Measures of Individual Voluntary Deposit and Utilization of Housing Fund”. According to The Measures, personnel (aged 18 or above, living in Zhongshan) including freelancers, employers and employees of individual business, people from Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and foreigners as well as college students are expected to deposit and use housing fund in Zhongshan on a voluntary basis.

The Measures also mention that the deposit base, deposit ratio, deposit adjustment and information change of individual deposit of housing fund will be implemented in accordance with local housing fund deposit policy. In specific, voluntary depositor are required to deposit both and individual part and enterprise part of the housing provident fund monthly.
