Vehicle overload phenomenons on Zhongshan-Jiangmen Highway have been efficiently controlled since the “off-site enforcement”, which is improved by internet and big data technologies, was launched since August 1, 2017. Reportedly, the number of overloaded vehicles for April this year dramatically dropped 84% to 1,281 on a year-on-year basis.

“The weighing-appliances will complete weighing detection and information collection in just 2-3 seconds for a vehicle driving in the toll station.” Says responsible person of Zhongshan-Jiangmen Highway administration.

Statistics show that in the first four months of the year a total of 3,862 overloading vehicles were treated on Zhongshan-Jiangmen Highway.
