Wednesday morning, at Certificate Hall of Torch Zone Market supervision and administration, operator of “Lin Qiu Ban Store” received the business license. It was the first “separated” food and drug license issued in Zhongshan.

“I thought it would take a month to handle the whole process. But quite out of my expectation, I got the license in only two days.” Said Lin Qiuban.

Earlier on Monday, the pilot work conference for “certificate-license separated” reform was held in Torch Zone. And two days later, the first “separated” food and drug license was issued in Torch Zone. Reportedly, under the reform, the processing time for the license will be reduced by more than 70%.

At present, Torch Zone is the only pilot district of “certificate-license separated” reform in Zhongshan. The reform will be carried out in the whole city at the end of this year.
