The computer aided allocation for municipal primary schools was held for the first time at 9am on June 20 in Zhongshan Education and Sports Bureau. Total 191 of 2,397 children were admitted by Zhongshan Shiqi Central Primary School and Zhongshan Experimental Primary School. 

From material and computer unsealing to the official operation, the computer aided allocation was done in less than half an hour. The whole process was video taped, and deputies to Zhongshan People’s Congress, notary personnel, parent representatives and journalists were present.

Two primary schools will send staffs to Zhongshan Education and Sport Bureau for the letters of admission which will be delivered to students and parents from June 23. Other students, who have not been assigned, will be arranged enrollment by education departments of East District and Shiqi District administrations or go to private schools.
