Zhongshan adjusts deposit base and amount of housing fund for 2018 sine July 1. The minimum monthly deposit amount is 172 yuan and the maximum is 4,082 yuan.

All units that have opened accounts and deposited housing fund normally should adopt the adjustment within July to September period.

Reportedly, the deposit period of 2018 is from July of 2018 to June of 2019. The deposit base should be calculated in accordance with employee’s monthly average of total wages in 2017.
