The full preservation for wildlife is implemented in Zhongshan from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2023. Nature protection areas, nature mini-reserves, tourist attractions, forest parks, wetland parks and major breeding sites for wildlife are defined “permanent sanctuaries”.

Someone who breaks the rules and hunts wildlife will be punished according to laws, and given criminal sanctions if constitutes a crime.

Whether the closed time extends after June 30, 2023 will depend on the practical achievements.
