The “Trial Measures for ‘Three Old Reform’ of Zhongshan City” and three supporting detailed rules respectively for the transformation of old village, old factory and old town were released and put into use on July 13.

According to Wu Weiqiang, Director of Zhongshan Land Resources Bureau, there are 8 highlights in the new policy. In terms of industrial transformation, relevant projects can be rewarded for 10mn yuan top by the city’s finances.

Zhongshan aims to contribute in the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, alter urban development dynamics and promote sustainable development with the new “three old reform” policy.
