The Zhongshan Talent Work Leading Group Conference was convened days before.

Meanwhile, we must take advantage of vocational colleges in high-skilled talent team-building, cultivate innovation leaders and high-level innovation teams with cutting-edge technologies and independent intellectual properties, speed up introduction of high-level domestic and foreign universities to support high educational talents, and establish modern entrepreneur training system for cultivation of new generation of young entrepreneurs.
