Zhongshan recently wins the title of “The 2017 National Demonstration City for Equalization of Health and Family Planning Services for Mobile Population”. This is the national honorary title obtained by the city in addition to “The 2017 Guangdong Province Mobile Population Health and Family Planning Basic Service Equalization Demonstration Zone” title.

In recent years, Zhongshan has been actively building the public service work mechanism for mobile population’s health and family planning and improves the service equalization. In 2017, Zhongshan’s “Focus on Health Education on the Early 1,000 Days of Life to Promote Better Births and Better Upbringing” project was selected one of the typical cases of national health education.
