Reportedly, the dilapidated house transforming project is one of the ten livelihood projects of Dongsheng Town this year. At present, more than 110 households in the town have submitted their application forms. The subsidy is expected to be about 5 million yuan. Chen Liuyang is one of the 30 households whose applications were approved in Shenglong Village.

To comprehensively improve the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation of private houses, Dongsheng Town will renovate the dangerous houses of the town that are now classified as C and D. The recipient will be given a subsidy of 840 yuan per square meter, with a ceiling of 65 square meters.
