The revised “Implementation Plan for Dilapidated Houses Renovation in West District” has finished the publicity recently and will be released in early August.

“Dilapidated building reconstruction” is one of the major livelihood projects in West District. The leading group for dilapidated building renovation, which was set up this year, has arranged 8 million yuan for risk elimination for 173 families in Longping, Longchang and Shalang communities. So far, 153 of these dilapidated houses have been through danger removal.

Reportedly, citizen whose sole principal residence is defined “dangerous house” can received 60,000 subsidy at most after risk elimination.
