Zhongshan Municipal Party Secretary Chen Xudong had a panel discussion with representatives of some non-public enterprises during the symposium held recently, hoping to promote high quality development of non-public economy.

The Municipal Party Secretary highly appreciated non-public enterprises’ contribution to economic growth, technological innovation, finance income growth, investment expansion and other fields.

Chen Xudong also indicated that the municipal Party committee and municipal people’s government had started actions in significant areas.

For example, in terms of overall planning of development, Zhongshan will carry out in-depth investigation and survey basing on key issues and provide special reports and relevant policies.

In terms of urban environment improvement, Zhongshan will strengthen bearing capacity of environment, promote “three old reform” and urban renewal in addition to protection of historical buildings and old streets, advance civilization city establishment, and speed up reform on education and medical cause.

In terms of industrial platform construction, Zhongshan will urge “Two Districts, One Lake and One Island” development and accelerate construction of municipal industrial platforms for enterprises.

In terms of business environment perfection, Zhongshan will further carry out “power decentralization reform”, provide all-round and full life-cycle public services to enterprises, and reinforce intellectual property protection in order to build a stable, fair and transparent business environment.

In terms of talent introduction, Zhongshan will carry on talent-oriented strategy with policies and optimize service assurance in dwelling, medical service, social security, education and etc.
