The 2018 Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Culture Festival opened on the evening of August 2. The four-month event, which will last until November, contains 11 major and 15 minor activities.

Reportedly, Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Culture Festival has been held every two years since 2010. The previous four events had attracted more than 80 units (associations) and nearly 50,000 overseas Chinese from nearly 40 countries and regions for participation.
