The new “Real Estate Mortgage Online Registration System” will be available from August 16, according to Zhongshan Bureau of Land Resources.

The new system links up financing institutions and the real estate registration center. Property owners are able to complete application of real estate mortgage through terminal machines of financing institutions instead of going back and forth between banks and registration center and queuing and repeatedly submitting materials. Meanwhile, staffs of financing institutions are allowed to record information directly through the terminal machines, and relevant staffs of real estate mortgage registration can do remote auditing.
