Zhongshan Judicial Bureau, Zhongshan Disabled Persons’ Federation and Xiangshan Notary Office signed a notarization legal aid cooperation agreement on August 21, aiming to reduce notarization service fees for the disabled.

In the future, people with disabilities can apply for 36 types of notarial certificates in terms of guardianship, signature verification and etc for free. Instead, they only need to provide their disability certificate and fill in the application form.
